A proud University of Maine alumnus, Rick brings a thoughtful and client-focused approach to financial planning, offering personalized strategies for building wealth and securing the future.
Outside of work, Rick enjoys traveling, camping, and spending quality time with his wife and two sons. Whether he’s relaxing by the pond or soaking up the sun at the beach, he values the importance of family and creating lasting memories.

Ginger Nadeau
Administrative Assistant
Ginger joined the team in February of 2021 as an Administrative Assistant. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, handling administrative issues and managing client appointments. Prior to joining the team, Ginger spent 15 years working for a non-profit animal shelter managing the office and caring for animals. Ginger approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset and excellent customer service. She finds the financial industry fascinating and is looking forward to helping Rick bring out the best in his clients.


Scarlett Pereira
Administrative Assistant
With over 15 years of experience working at a residential facility, followed by a meaningful role at a major Massachusetts hospital as a patient care representative, Scarlett built a career grounded in compassion, communication and customer service. In her current role as an administrative professional at Nadeau Retirement Planning, she draws on these strengths to provide dedicated and thoughtful support to our clients.
Outside of work, she enjoys camping with her two daughters, exploring new destinations, and embracing any opportunity for adventure.

Marketing Assistant
Rick Sr. joined the team in May of 2015 as a Marketing Assistant. His job supports the marketing side with planning, executing, and tracking marketing policies. Prior to joining the team, Rick worked in sales for several Fortune 500 companies, bringing with him more than 30 years of marketing experience. Rick lives in Arundel with his wife, and their three cats. In his free time, Rick enjoys going “Upta Camp” and being a grandfather.

Marketing Assistant
Anne is the newest member of Nadeau Retirement Planning, bringing 15 years of experience as an administrative assistant, with strengths in organization, communication, and client services, complimented by a strong passion for building meaningful client relationships.
Anne enjoys time with her family in Maine and Cape Cod.
